This creamy Cinnamon Almond Chia Pudding is naturally sweetened, packed with fiber, and makes a perfect low-sugar breakfast or snack. It’s easy to prepare and requires just a few ingredients!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- 2 tbsp crushed almonds (for topping)
- Fresh berries (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, almond butter, and sweetener (if using).
- Step 2: Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
